Refund Policy

Overview

Our refund policies vary based on subscription type, add-on packages, regional laws, and account status. After submitting your refund request, we will manually review your order and send the review results or request additional information via email within 48 hours.

EU and Turkey Customers

If you reside in the EU or Turkey, you are eligible to cancel your subscription and receive a refund within 14 days of purchase for both monthly and annual subscriptions. Please indicate in your refund request that you are applying under EU or Turkish regulations. HappyAI support may request relevant proof during the refund process if there are any account irregularities.

All Other Customers

While we strictly adhere to our policies, HappyAI may be unable to fulfill your refund request if there are irregularities with your account. We strive to make our refund policies as fair as possible.

Monthly Subscriptions

You may request a refund within 24 hours of your paid purchase. Please state the reason for your refund request in your application.

Annual Subscriptions

Subscribers can request a full refund within 72 hours of the initial purchase payment date and time. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

Important Notes

Please check your email, including spam folders, to avoid missing any important communications. Follow the instructions in the email carefully. We will be unable to process your refund if you do not complete the follow-up steps within the timeframe specified in the email.
